2. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT eDotte WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE

(ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM eDotte;
(iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA;
(iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON eDotte; OR
(v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO eDotte.
8. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. No Third Party Beneficiaries

11. General Information
11.A Entire Agreement. The Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of eDotte, superceding any prior agreements between you and us.
11.B Choice of Law and Forum. The Terms of Service and the relationship between you and us shall be governed by the laws of the State of AP, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and us agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Hyderabad, AP, India.
11.C Waiver and Severability of Terms. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Service remain in full force and effect.
11.D Statute of Limitations. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of eDotte or the Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
